One inch by eight inch board underneath door will need to be replaced from dryer vent to corner of the building.

Approximately half of the stone veneer on the right side of the staircase will need to be replaced.

The majority of the stone veneer will need to be replaced on the left side of the stairway.

Two limestone caps that measure one foot by three foot will need to be replaced. If any additional limestone caps need replaced, the additional cost of the repairs`will be added to the overall contract price by change order.

Detach and Re-install (2) black, metal railings.

There are some CMU block that will need to be replaced. We will not know the extent until the stone veneer and limestone caps are removed. Additional cost will be added to the overall contract price by change order.

Concrete approach with step needs replaced.
